The TD-30 speaker stand has all of the features of the TD-40 but is sized for speaker mounting. The TD-30 is adjustable from 53 inches to 72 inches and weighs only 7½ pounds. The TD-40 and TD-30 tripods have one end swaged to 1 3/8 inches (35mm). This feature enables the tripods to be used in an 1.5 inch or 1 3/8 inch (35mm) application just by reversing the inner vertical. Both tripods have audible and visual warning snap buttons to signal the limit of extention of the inner vertical.
